I am a pastor, educator, and PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership who helps pastors, faith-driven leaders, and values-based organizations move from burnout and survival into clarity, identity, and purpose. After years of serving in local churches, chaplaincy, and the classroom, I have seen how unchecked hustle can drain leaders and harm the very people they are called to serve. Through speaking, writing, coaching, and strategic consulting, I walk with leaders as they reset their pace, strengthen their inner life with God and their core values, and build cultures where people, teams, and churches can flourish.
